A Call for Collective Meditation: Sending Love in Times of Division and War

In today’s world, it often feels like we are surrounded by pain, conflict, and division. Wars rage across the globe, communities, fracture under pressure, and many people are left feeling disconnected, unseen, or hopeless.  In the midst of the heaviness, it’s easy to believe that we, as individuals, are powerless. But truth is far more uplifting: our collective energy has the ability to heal, uplift, and transform.

1)      Find Stillness: Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.

2)      Focus on your heart.  Imagine a soft, glowing light within you. This is your love and compassion.

3)      Expand outward.  Picture that light growing, surrounding your family, your community, and then the entire world. 

4)      Send it with purpose.  Hold the intention: “May all beings be safe, may all beings be loved, may all beings know peace.”

Even just five minutes of this practice can create a ripple effect.

Together, We Shine Brighter 

In times of darkness, the most powerful thing we can do is choose to be light.  Division may try to pull us apart, but unity in love and compassion will always be stronger.
